Refund Policy
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund requests will be entertained for the same. In case a product is not available, we will reach out to you within 4 working days and work out an alternative solution. If that does not work, we will provide store credit/ refund based on the customers agreement will be credited within 5 days to your original payment method.
In case of damages reported within 2 days of delivery we will send a replacement/store credit/ refund based on the customers convenience.
Return Policy
We have a no-return policy. You can always contact us for any return questions at printority.work@gmail.com. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns in such cases will only be accepted within 2 days. No damage will be accepted without an uncut unboxing video.
